DEATH AND RESURRECTION IN THE HOLY QUR’AN

Al-Mu'min-11 (The deniers) said: “Our Lord, You have made us die twice and You have resurrected us twice, so we confessed our sins. Then, is there any way to get out (from here)”?

Al-Baqarah-28: How can you deny Allah? You were dead (on the Day of Resurrection, after the Trumpet is blown the first time), then He resurrected you. Then (when the Trumpet is blown the second time) He will kill you and then (when the Trumpet is blown the third time) He will bring you again to life and you will return to Him (in the Divine Presence).

On the Day of Resurrection, when the Trumpet (sûr) is blown for the first time, time comes to a halt and everyone dies. Subsequently, when time is reversed, all people return to the point of their existence in life, going back to Adam (PBUH). They rise from their graves and gather in the field of Resurrection.

Qaf-42: On that Day, they will hear the strongest sound wave, which is the truth. This is the Day of Exit (from the grave).

Qaf-43: Surely, We it is Who give life and cause death, and to Us is the return.

Qaf-44: On that Day the earth will split and get away from them, (they ascend by coming forth from the earth). This gathering is easy to Us (to gather together all at the Place of Gathering by bringing them out of the earth).

After physical bodies are gathered on the Mahshar field, the trumpet is blown for the second time and everyone dies once again. When the trumpet is blown for the third time, people are resurrected once again. There are two purposes of this resurrection:

All human beings are resurrected at the same age.

Their existence in a body suitable for the life of Heaven or Hell.

If you notice, these verses mention being raised to life, not being born. The Holy Qur'an does not allow for reincarnation.
