HUDDAM (Jinn Enforcer)

Huddam is the act of setting jinn upon people through a dark (zulmânî) form of knowledge. Jinn are divided into two groups: The first are the ulvî (higher) jinn—those who are attached to a murshid and over whose heads is the spirit of the Imam of the Time. They are under protection. The second are the suflî (lower) jinn—those who have not reached a saint of Allah, have not repented, and are open to the influence of Satan. Among the dark practices taught by Satan, huddam is a term meaning “to bring into service.” Those who learn this knowledge have the ability to burn suflî jinn who do not obey their commands. Since jinn are composed of an energy-like body, they can perish by burning. For this reason, such people bring these poor, dark jinn—who have not reached a saint of Allah—under their control and enforce them to attack other people.

You see, someone comes out and says, "I am a sorcerer." The journalists ask him, "Would you kill someone with magic?" He replies "I would kill." Journalist: "Wouldn't you feel any remorse for taking away the life that Allah has given to human beings?" "What you consider right and what I consider right are not the same. If someone gives me money and wants me to do evil to someone else - that's your term, in my opinion it's not evil - I will do it. I am a sorcerer," the man says.

The people who do not enter the path of Allah and want to learn magic and wish to learn the huddam are described in the 146th verse of Surah A'raf.

Al-A'raf-146 I will turn away from My verses those who act arrogantly upon the earth without right. Even if they see every verse, they will not believe in it. And if they see the path of right guidance (rushd), they will not take it as a way; but if they see the path of deviation (ghayy), they will take it as a way. That is because they denied Our verses and were heedless of them.

One of the two paths is the path of guidance (irshad), but some people do not choose it. The second is the path of deviation (ghayy)—the path that leads to Satan and ultimately to Hell. Their aim is to serve Satan by disturbing people and, in this way, to earn money.  However, Allah Almighty says: “Provision is distributed from the heavens; the distribution of sustenance is in Allah’s Hand.”

Al-Ankabut-17: However, you worship idols besides Allah and you invent a lie. Surely, they whom you worship besides Allah have no power to give you any provision. Therefore, ask the provision from Allah and be servants to Allah and be grateful to Him. To Him you shall be brought back.

Pay attention: those who engage themselves with magic, huddam, and dark (zulmânî) practices draw a circle around themselves by reciting certain incantations. This circle is meant to protect them from the harmful effects of the dark forces they use. Whoever practices transcendental meditation or yoga, and those who think they are accomplishing something through Sanskrit words, are, at all times,under the threat of Satan.
