HAPPINESS IS A STATE OF PEACE AND TRANQUILITY

At this point, let's define happiness. What is happiness?

Happiness is a continuous state of peace and tranquility; it is an uninterrupted continuous process.

Human beings experience this in three areas:

1 – In their inner world (between the spirit and the soul (nafs))

2 – In their outer world (in their relationships with other people)

3 – In their relationship with Allah; it expresses a continuous state of peace and harmony in both the realm of commands and prohibitions.

1 – In your inner world, you will be in a state of peace and tranquility. That is, through the cleansing and purification of the soul (nafs), the conflict between your soul and your spirit will come to an end. The day you surrender your spirit, your physical body, and your soul to Allah, the conflict ends. All the vices within your soul will disappear, and the heart will be enlightened one hundred percent with the lights of Allah. Your soul, just like your spirit, will always seek goodness.

2 – In your outer world, you were in constant conflict with other people. When the conflict between your soul and your spirit ends, you attain your true identity, and the conflicts in your outer world also come to an end. You no longer try to assert superiority over others. Even if there are those who are hostile towards you, you will no longer feel the desire for revenge within yourself. You begin to live in order to help them. As long as you are for them, they are also for you.

3 – In your relationship with Allah, the conflict ends. From now on all of Allah’s commands become a source of joy for you.

How did we reach this point? We reached it through dhikr  (i.e. the repetition of the name of Allah). In such an environment, we will now speak to you about the occult (dark) knowledge.
