PROTECT YOURSELVES FROM DARK (OCCULT) KNOWLEDGE

In this age, when the rate of human deception is rapidly increasing, people have become unable to distinguish between the divine path and the dark path — that is, between the path of Allah and the path of Satan. Wherever there is something beyond physics, people tend to assume that place to be related to Allah.

* Sufism (tasavvuf) is the living practice of Islam as taught in the Qur’an. Many people do not realize that culture of tasavvuf and culture of the occult  are fundamentally opposite to one another.

* People do not know that dhikr (remembrance) and Transcendental Meditation are completely opposite to each other. Today, millions of people think that Transcendental Meditation is just a way to relieve stress. We witness, with horror and trembling, that people who fall into the trap of (what they call) levels of consciousness — each stage descending deeper and darker — eventually reach what they believe to be the seventh level of consciousness, a level of pitch-black darkness. The seventh lower level they reach is precisely asfâl al-sâfilîn (the lowest of the low). Notice that this description corresponds to the path of darkness (path of ghayy) described in the Qur’ân. People who think they are on the path of Allah have, unfortunately, entered Satan’s path that leads to Hell. 

People often do not realize that the vision of the heart (the inner eye) and clairvoyance are fundamentally different — the former being considered divine, while the latter is regarded as part of occult knowledge. Tasavvuf, dhikr, and the vision of the heart are described as luminous gifts granted by Allah. In contrast, occultism, transcendental meditation, and clairvoyance are dark traps of Satan.

* Nowadays people do not know that tayy al‑makân (traversing space) is a blessing from Allah, and that the astral travel experienced with the help of Satan is a dark (occult) practice. 

* Today, people who do magic, who perform huddâm (jinn enforcer-use jinns for help), who practice hypnotism, magnetism, who think they are summoning spirits and establish relationships with jinn, may claim that they are on the right path and on Allah’s way. What’s even sadder is that ignorant, defenseless, and unlearned people of the world cannot distinguish these from one another.

Notice that this booklet in your hands — with its identity based on obeying the Noble Qur’ân in its entirety and calling to Allah and tawhîd (unity of true believers) — is a guide of hidayah (guidance) that can protect today’s human being, who is caught up in the turmoil of the world and devoid of spiritual knowledge, from all the traps of Satan.
