PSYCHIC (MEDIUM)

A psychic (medium) is a person whose body can be temporarily controlled by a jinn. With the slightest signal from a second person called the operator (for example, a finger snap), the psychic (medium) enters a trance—a kind of deep sleep. At that point, the jinn—which they mistakenly believe to be “spirits”—enters the medium’s body and takes control of it for a certain period, until the person awakens. The one speaking and using the body is no longer the medium’s own mind. In the body, the jinn tries to present itself as a spirit. For example, a jinn claiming, “I am the spirit of Rumi,” may recite some of Rumi’s poems; people familiar with the poems may believe it is truly Rumi. In reality, this is purely a fabrication and deception.

Those called “soothsayers, astrologers” and the like try to learn the future by interacting with lowly (suflî) jinn. While the words inspired to friends of Allah (awliyâ) are from taqwâ (piety), what is conveyed by Satan to his followers along the path of zulmânî (dark) knowledge is called fujûr (wickedness). In our time, this fujûr is referred to as the “message of bodiless friends.” Every medium who enters a trance receives a message from these bodiless friends. Bodiless friends are either Satan himself or the zulmânî jinn under his command, called huddam. These mediums—and the unfortunate people who accept what they say—are, in reality, captives of a jinn.

Allah Almighty says in the 8th verse of Surah Ash-Shams: “Then He inspired it (the soul) with its fujûr and taqwâ.

When one abandons Allah’s inspiration of taqwâ, all remaining inspirations are from Satan. People who follow this path of wicked inspirations (fujûr) are called ‘fujjâr' (wicked ones).

Al-Mutaffifin-7: Nay! Most surely the books (the records, life films) of Al-Fujjâr (the disbelievers who follow the wickedness of Satan) is indeed in Sijjîn (in the dark cells of Destiny found in the seven levels under the Ground Floor).

Al-Mutaffifin-8: And what is it that makes you know what Sijjîn is?

Al-Mutaffifin-18: Nay! Most surely the books (the Records, their life films) of the Abrâr (those who wished to return the spirit to Allah and, becoming heavenly saints, and submit the spirits, physical bodies, souls and wills of Allah who are the people of Paradise) is in Illiyyûn (in the Cells of Destiny found in the first World of the seventh heaven above the Ground level).

A person who follows the first path will be in the seventh heaven of Allah, possessing all of Allah’s perfections, whereas one who follows the second path will be seven floors below the ground, dwelling in the cells of destiny, and will be the possessor of a zulmânî (dark) knowledge.

How could people know that Nostradamus, a soothsayer equipped with zulmânî knowledge, acquired his information by accessing only a small portion of the destiny cells of the sinner (fujjâr) in Sijjîn, the second level of the deepest darkness (asfal al-sâfilîn), and that he was under the command of Satan? In occultism, the destiny cells of this fujjâr (sinner) are referred to as "Akashic Records" (cosmic archives).

Notice that many of Nostradamus’ prophecies never came true; for example, his prediction that Afghanistan would be invaded and destroyed by Russia turned out to be completely opposite, as the Islamic Front fought successfully and expelled the Russians from their country.

Allah Almighty describes the condition of the hearts of the fujjâr (wicked ones) as “hearts hardened, darkened, and constricted with gloom and darkness.”

Al-Hajj-53 For those whose hearts have disease, whose hearts have been hardened and darkened, what Satan sends (delivers) becomes a trial for them. And surely, the wrongdoers are certainly in a distant separation (from the Sirat al-Mustaqîm).

Az-Zumar-22: Whose heart Allah expanded for Islam (to surrender to Allah) so that he is upon a (divine) light from his Lord, is not he? Woe to those whose hearts are darkened (and hardened) from the Remembrance (Dhikr) of Allah! Those are in a manifest Misguidance.
