The only door that opens to happiness is to wish to reach Allah. Your happiness is behind this wish. Whoever wishes to reach Allah has signed his signature for Heaven. He will surely attain salvation. Whoever wishes to reach Allah, Allah guarantees that His spirit will surely reach Him:

What will reach Allah? It is the spirit of the human.
You are the most precious creatures of Allah. Allah loves you the most. Because you have a body that has been entrusted to you from Allah, that is inside your physical body, and that has the honor of returning back to the Essence of Allah. Neither angels nor jinn nor any other creature has a spirit. Only human beings are the owners of the spirit and they have to reach that spirit to Allah. Allah has made it obligatory on all human beings 12 times for the spirit to reach Allah while they are alive.
Ar-Ra'd-21: And they return to Him what (their spirit) Allah commands that it should be returned to Allah (before death). And they are the owners of takwa (spiritual armor) for their Lord and fear the evil reckoning (going to Hell).
