In the beginning, the heart of our soul is pitch black. It has 19 types of vices in its structure. It opposes all of Allah's commands and wants to commit the acts He has forbidden.

Ash-Shams-7: and (by) the soul and the One Who designed it (so that it can transfer to the best within seven stages),

Our Spirit represents perfection. It has 19 virtues in its structure. It fulfills all of Allah's commands and does not commit any act forbidden by Allah. Allah breathes His spirit into a human being at the moment he or she is born.

As-Sajdah-9: Then He designed him and breathed into him (into his physical body) of His Spirit, and gave you (sense of) hearing and (sense of) seeing and (sense of) comprehension. How little you thank!

The soul and the spirit are the two consultants of the mind. They are completely opposite to each other. The spirit represents the beauties and Allah. The soul represents ugliness and the devil. What one wants, the other definitely does not want. This is why there is a constant dialectical battle between vices and virtues and our inner world is restless.

Yusuf-53: And I cannot exonerate my soul. Most surely the soul always commands what is evil, except (the souls) such as on whom my Lord influences Himself with His Name of Most Merciful. Surely my Lord is Oft-Forgiving (the One Who replaces the sins with good), the Most Merciful (the One who sends the Light of Mercy, Merciful)”.

"The most virtuous of Jihad (struggle) is the battle against one's own soul and desires." HADITH-SHARIF

The spirit does not participate in any sin. It has the authority to leave the physical body at any time. The soul and the physical body commit the sin, and the spirit leaves the body and observes the event with a scale in its hand. Then, the spirit will inflict punishment on the soul. After every sin we commit, Allah chastises our physical body. The person feels unhappy, distressed. People call this the prick of conscience. The spirit also gives restlessness and distress to the soul.

Happiness in our inner world is achieved when the soul is able to take on the form of the spirit, when the 19 types of vices are eliminated from its nature, and when virtues are established in the heart of the soul. This means that your soul will now demand good, as will your spirit. So from this point on, every action you take can only be good. The fight in your inner world ends. There is no reason for the spirit to torment the soul. This standard of living happiness is absolutely valid for all human beings.
