At the starting point, all human beings have a conflict in their relationship with Allah. They are unhappy both in terms of commands; they cannot fulfill Allah's commands, and they are unhappy in terms of prohibitions; they commit acts that He has forbidden.
When a person is interested in Allah, he can wish to reach Allah. There are people who are always engaged in making people afraid of Allah. However, the relationship with Allah is based on a design of love.
Allah wants to be a loved Allah, not a feared Allah. You all know that the one who loves runs towards the one he loves, but the one who fears runs away from the one he fears. You must run towards Allah, you must ascend towards Allah. You should experience every beautiful thing with Him. Allah surely brings the most beautiful of everything into existence.
Islam includes 7 stages and 4 submissions. Each of the submissions represents a different level of love and happiness.
In a design of 7 stages and 4 submissions; - First you like Allah. - Then you love Him. - Then you fall in love with Allah. - Finally you admire Allah.
All the Companions lived the era of bliss. They all experienced this magnificent happiness in their inner world, in their outer world and in their relationship with Allah. Allah Almighty says that all of the Companions were the owners of hazzul azîm (endless, uninterrupted happiness), Fevzul Azîm (the greatest of rewards), and Ecrun azîm (the greatest of the wages that Allah will pay).
And this is what Islam means. Seven stages and four submissions are the recipe for happiness.
