REPENTANCE IN FRONT OF A SPIRITUAL GUIDE

When you kneel in front of the spiritual guide appointed by God and repent, you discover that everything becomes more meaningful, that there is a hidden wisdom behind the existence of everything, including your own existence. After living feels like a burden to you, there comes a day when you will love life immensely. It is when you are accepted to God’s Companionship. All of God’s commands become great pleasures for you to fulfill. You understand that our Lord is the greatest companion with whom you will experience happiness in all its dimensions...

“I'll give them one heart; I will put a new spirit within them. I will take the stony heart out of their flesh and will give them a heart of flesh. Then they will follow my rules and keep my principles. They will be my people, and I will be their God. (Ezekiel 11:19-20-Old Testament)

Everything begins with the wish to reach God. Then, the need for a spiritual guide will inevitably surround you. A longing arises within you, and the desire to be a follower becomes the fundamental goal of your inner world. You perform the payer of need (ask for guidance), and God reveals your appointed spiritual guide to you. What you wish is to become one with God, to reach to Him, to be among God’s companions, and with your sincere wish to reach God, you will undoubtedly arrive at the target you aim to achieve (spiritual guidance).

WHO IS THE SPIRITUAL GUIDE?

A Spiritual Guide is the one who has been appointed and authorized to guide others throughout the spiritual path. To guide means to ensure a person surrenders to God Almighty at the end of the spiritual journey. The institution of guidance is not only an educational establishment but also a means of life. Religion is not just learned; but most importantly the religion is lived with all aspects of life

The spiritual guide is someone who has surrendered his spirit, physical body, soul, and will to God Almighty and has been appointed by Him to guide and teach others on their spiritual journeys. The spiritual guide calls and leads people to the sole creator, God. They possess three types of certainties: Knowledge of certainty, Vision of certainty, and Final level of certainty (certainty of supreme truth). Another characteristic of the spiritual guide is to respond to evil with goodness. God has taught them how to love endlessly. They love everyone, including those who are hostile towards them. Their main objective is to invite others to love God.

Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Blessed are merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. (Matthew 5:5-8-Holy Bible)

And who is better in speech than he who calls to God and does an righteous deed (the soul's purification) and says: “I am sure of those who is submitted (to God)”? (Fussilet-33)
