How can we prevent anger?

The more we remember God during our actions, we become the strongest person in the world.

Someone insulted you. Step 1: Immediately remember the name of your God within you. The remembrance will remove all the residue formed in the heart of your soul.

Then, apologize to that person with an approach they never expected. Even if you are not at fault, you can accept the fault, humbly, upon yourself and ask for forgiveness: "The mistake is mine, I seek forgiveness from you in the presence of our Lord, please forgive me." Satan will tell you that this behavior is humiliating. However, the reality is the exact opposite. The moment you ask for forgiveness, you will nullify Satan's influence over you. You will have won the greatest battle. You will first prove to yourself that you possess a will beyond the normal standard. This is a very important stage. Not everyone can do this.

Be the first to say “I’m sorry” or to offer empathy and compassion. Of course, this is not fair, but do it anyway because God does it for you. You can “Forgive as the Lord forgave you” (Colossians 3:13-Holy Bible)

The person in front of you has insulted you and done wrong. You managed to stay calm and asked for forgiveness, reaching goodness. Do not think that you will feel unrest afterward; no. First, Satan will harshly attack you: "Look, this person insults you in front of everyone, humiliates you, don't you have any selfrespect? You are silent, and on top of that, you apologize. This is a foolish behavior." But after Satan’s initial attack (the artillery fire) ends, you will feel a sense of relief and peace within you. That is a clear sign that you have done what needed to be done. And this peace is permanent. It will always remain within you.

When you accomplish this, what will the person in front of you do? Their behavior could only turn more negative depending on the angry response you give. You are not giving that response. Can you show this greatness? First, you will end the fight. Second, you will not become smaller in their eyes; you will grow. They will subconsciously measure themselves by asking, "Can I act in such a noble way?" They will realize that you have a different personality. A few minutes later, you will see them asking for your forgiveness. This is the first step towards reconciliation, and it must be taken by you. Why? Because you will become a spiritual example of Holy Books among your surrounding.

Don’t seek revenge; share God’s generosity

‘You have heard that it was said, “Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.” But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well. If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles. Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you. (Colossians 3:13-Holy Bible)

Those righteous servants of our Lord had souls that had become as pure as their spirit. In their souls, everything related to anger, grudge, envy, and hostility had disappeared, and the magnificent light of love had filled their place. The companions of God are those who live and breathe love.

If we too wish to reach God and fulfill 4 surrenders as described in the Holy Books, following the 7 stages as the righteous servants of our Lord did, we can become examples who compete in good deeds. This is a divine responsibility
